    alltel free ringtones
Mobile phones have the capability to play a specially tuned file known as a ringtone. The true origin of the ringtone comes from the idea of providing the user with a notification of a call.
The mobile phone ringtone is the melodic sound that a cellular phone makes as an incoming message or call arrives.Because the cell phones are significantly more complicated than most of the landline telephones, the ringtones could be personalized to meet personal taste of the owner. Multiple ringtones are available for free or purchase to the owner.

Newer mobile phones are called smart phones and these are able to even play MP3 type ringtones. Interestingly, while some ringtones are great to have, others are very distrubing and displeasing to the ear. Media including the television, newspaper outlets, and magazines all now advertise ringtone related products because of their profitability.Unfortunately, some industry companies and cellphone manufacturers charge for ringtones that owners do not want. A interesting thing to note is that ringtones have been able to bring extra money to recording artists through things like royalities and fees.

The newer phones are equipped with PC link-up or Bluetooth, which allows consumers to transfer ringtones that are created on a computer to their telephones. Users even could record their own voices and put them on mobile phone.

Here are a few explainations of what mobile phone owners want to have their own ringtone:

Identification - A unique and personal ringtone will be quickly identifiable in public settings.

Identify Callers - Smart phones have the power to change their ringtone for each different incoming call or person in your phonebook.

Fun - Although some of the people find these ring tones is annoying, they have especially appeal among the younger consumers.

One outstanding source to discover more about ringtones and download these for your cellphone is going to alltel ringtones
